21+ Only. Must show valid photo I.D. for admission. Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.
Don’t drink and drive! Take Lyft or another ride share program. Use a Designated Driver.
Promotional photos and video will be taken at the event and you grant permission for your likeness to be used.
Drink responsibly, Know your limits!
This is a sampling event, 2oz. pours only!
All attendees must wear proper attire.
We reserve the right to check all bags
No pets or children allowed.
No outside glassware/drinkware or food permitted.
You get one commemorative glass for this event. Replacements $5.00 ea.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual(s) from the Delaware Beer Fest for behaving inappropriately. You will be removed by security and not allowed back in!
All exits are final. No alcohol permitted outside the event.
This is a Charity event. A portion of your ticket fee may be Tax Deductible.

Delaware State PArk Regulations
The Division of Parks and Recreation operates and maintains 16 state parks and related preserve's and greenways throughout Delaware. The state's land protection programs, as we'll as the state's Greenways program, are administered by the Division. The Division is also responsible for providing recreational opportunities and educational and interpretive programs for the public. Other responsibilities include:
Acquiring and developing recreational lands & facilities
Providing for the protection of natural areas
Overseeing & planning for statewide recreational needs
The Division of Parks and Recreation is part of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. We are located at 89 King's Highway in Dover, Delaware; office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
